You’ve decided on your ceremony and reception venues, and maybe even chosen your gown. What now? We’ll advise and assist on the remaining pertinent “to do’s” and guide you through to the end of your wedding.   

  • Six (6) face-to-face meetings up to four (4) hours each, prior to wedding date (Additional meetings are available at hourly rate)
  • Maintain unlimited communication via e-mail or phone  
  • Budget development and wedding planning checklist and schedule 
  • Assist with wedding theme, style and color scheme, décor, design  
  • Assist with invitation selection and ordering      
  • Assist with menu creation/selection 
  • Address etiquette questions/concerns
  • Assist with ceremony and reception room layout
  • Provide entertainment planning assistance
  • Provide vendor referrals to fit your style and budget (will provide 3 contacts in each area)to narrow down selections based on our past experience with vendor:
  • Arrange all vendor appointments
  • Serve as liaison between client and vendors
  • Oversee all vendor commitments and make sure they are all fulfilled according to client standards
  • Vendor payment reminders and distribution of all remaining payments on wedding day
  • Assist with coordinating and contracting transportation for wedding party and guests
  • Assist with guest seating arrangements for reception Coordinate clean-up, removal of personal items and gifts from ceremony/reception sites
  • Return florist and baker rental items if applicable 
  • Provide two (2) hours for wedding rehearsal orchestration 
  • Provide 11 hours on-site supervision on wedding day
