Congratulations! You've successfully planned the major aspects of your wedding, however, you understand the importance of having a wedding professional handle the final details leading up to the big day. Joyful Nuptials will be there to ensure that all your planning is executed exactly the way you envision so you can relax and thoroughly savor the experience.
- Two (2) face-to-face consultations up to three (3) hours each, prior to wedding date
- Provide unlimited communication via e-mail or phone
- One (1) on-site visit/meeting at ceremony and reception venue with couple/venue staff
- Confirmation of all vendors and contract review two weeks prior to wedding
- Conduct final walk through of sites two weeks prior to wedding
- Create a comprehensive event timeline for vendors and wedding party
- Orchestrate wedding rehearsal and organize wedding party
- Distribute timeline of events to wedding party and vendors
- Oversee all vendor commitments and make sure they are all fulfilled to your standards
- Full coordination of wedding day event, inclusive of:
- Attending and overseeing ceremony/reception; provide supervision, guidance, support, assistance, and instructions to ensure that entire day runs smoothly and efficiently
- Pinning boutonnieres on groomsmen and other members of wedding party
- Distributing bouquets, corsages, etc to wedding party
- Setting and placement of all wedding accessory items, such as programs, guest book, seating cards, cake servers, toast glasses, per your instructions on day of
- Collecting wedding accessory items such as unity candle, extra programs, guest book/pen, top layer of cake, gifts, etc. after the ceremony/reception and ensure delivery to predetermined location
- Distribute all final vendor payments on wedding day
- Provision of complete emergency wedding kit Provide single point of contact for bride and groom on wedding day
