COORDINATION OF WEDDING CEREMONY ONLY

You have handled all of the details and want to ensure that your ceremony is elegant and sacred.

  • One (1) consultation meeting with couple prior to wedding day to discuss ceremony specifics
  • Assist with coordination of wedding rehearsal ( two (2) hour maximum)
  • Contact all ceremony vendors three days prior to event to confirm time and location
  • Arrive at ceremony 90 minutes prior to start time to ensure that ceremony venue meets all specifications
  • Coordinate family and wedding party line up for processional and recessional
